Tire Shop in Crystal, MI

Came in for tires, and alignment. We knew it might need more done because of a “shake” going down the road. It needed new control arms. It needed new brakes, which we already knew, so we authorized that, too. Therefore, the car would be there longer than anticipated. Originally, we were just going to wait in the lobby, which has many amenities for food and drink, but decided to go home as it would be several hours to complete the work. They offered to drive us home (bonus points), but we called a family member to pick us up. The car drives like a new vehicle. Definitely worth the price. And that’s why we go to the Discount tire near Crystal!…

Was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Staff was all very friendly. Inside was nice and clean. Kids enjoyed the popcorn. Only complaint is, I got home and my husband said the right tires were not put on. He had asked for different ones. But so far we have liked the tires….

I absolutely love this place! I have gotten tires here for multiple cars and they never disappoint! Sometimes there is a bit of a wait because they are walk-ins but they get to me as quick as possible and they communicate well?…

Would have given Five Star and will update (I assume) this coming week. But for now will rate a Four Star. I have had a few items of the past that they have done, nothing big, but was always happy with price, timeliness, and how well they treat customers. This last week had an engine diagnostic done and they stated it needed a crankshaft sensor, the charge for that seemed extremely good, Im trusting it will remedy the intermittent low idle/stall issue. While the truck was in…. Had a “seasonal” alignment, tires rotated, balanced and it now has a new and very obvious shake, called and they say they will take care of it. Now if its something that slipped by that needed to be taken care of, I understand and will have them fix it, but at this time I assume and believe they will take care of the issue of something that occurred in a balancing of one of the four tires. If all is good in this I will happily update to Five Stars….

Quick and inexpensive oil change and tire rotation. They came out to tell me about the condition of my tires, without pushing a sale. I’ve been coming here for years. Great people….
